RETURN WINDOW
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In the same condition you received it
- With original tags attached
- In original packaging
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
- Items that are used, washed, or damaged by the customer
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer exchanges for a different size or colour
within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.

REFUND POLICY
Once your returned item is received and inspected,
we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your
original payment method within 5-7 business days.
For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders:
Refunds will be processed to your original bank account
via NEFT/IMPS transfer within 5-7 business days.
Please share your bank account details when raising
a return request.

with photos of the item
Step 3: Our team will review and approve your request
within 24-48 hours
Step 4: Ship the item back to our address (self-ship)
Step 5: Refund or exchange will be processed once
we receive the item
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
