All orders are processed within 1-2 business days 
after payment confirmation. Orders placed on 
weekends or public holidays will be processed 
the next business day.

DELIVERY TIME
Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days 
after dispatch across India.
Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly 
depending on your location and courier availability.

SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout 
based on your order weight and delivery location.
Currently, we do not offer free shipping.

SHIPPING COVERAGE
We deliver Pan India — all states and 
union territories across India.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) 
on all orders across India.
COD charges may apply and will be displayed 
at checkout.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive 
a tracking number via WhatsApp or email.
You can use this tracking number to track 
your order on the courier partner's website.

SELF-SHIP RETURNS
We currently do not offer pickup for returns.
Customers are required to self-ship returned 
items to our address.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- Please ensure your delivery address and 
  contact number are correct at checkout.
- Clothes222 is not responsible for delays 
  caused by courier partners or natural events.
- In case of non-delivery or lost shipment, 
  please contact us within 7 days of the 
  expected delivery date.
